Order Changes & Cancellation
Due to fast processing times, orders cannot be changed after submission. If you need to update the delivery destination, please contact the carrier directly once a tracking number is provided.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified unless a product is unavailable. If you wish to return a product after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with the return.
Payments
Transactions are charged at the time of order. You will receive an acknowledgment email upon order placement. Payment authorization is required to confirm your purchase. If your payment method is declined, you will be notified, and the order may be canceled.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping estimates do not guarantee delivery dates. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package to avoid return shipping fees.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and packaging for a full refund.
Returns and Refunds
Products purchased on our site may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify. You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Damage claims must be reported to the carrier and submitted to us within 5 days of receipt.
